Therapy for Teenagers and Young People (Ages 11–18)

Young people today face intense pressures, peer influence, social media, and the challenge of fitting in. Many I support are neurodivergent or part of the LGBTQ+ community and carry experiences that feel hard to share.

I offer a safe, creative space to explore feelings through talking, drawing, storytelling, or games, whatever helps you express yourself. You can bring anything here.

You can talk with me about things you might not feel able to share with anyone else. You’ll be heard and valued. I will support you to build confidence, manage emotions more effectively, and feel stronger in who you are.
