Starting therapy, or even thinking about it, can feel daunting. Talking about painful or personal experiences takes courage. That’s why I offer a free 20 minute introductory chat with no pressure to continue.
You share only when you feel ready. From the beginning, my focus is on trust, care, and respect. Our work moves at your pace, and we follow Your Agenda, so the process feels manageable, supportive, and empowering.

Many young people I support are living with low mood, anxiety, or symptoms of depression they don’t yet understand and don’t know how to manage. It can feel frightening, confusing, or isolating, like something is “wrong” but impossible to explain.
Therapy with me offers more than simply sharing what’s going on. I help you understand what your feelings are telling you, recognise patterns that keep you stuck, and develop ways to manage overwhelming thoughts, emotions and physical symptoms of anxiety or low mood. We work gently and at a pace that feels safe, using grounding, emotional regulation and trauma-informed approaches that help bring stability, clarity and confidence over time.
My aim
My aim is to support you in developing emotional awareness, resilience and practical tools to manage anxiety, low mood and overwhelming thoughts, so you can feel more in control of your inner world.

For parents, it can be heart breaking and helpless to watch your child struggle and not know how to support them or ease their distress.
I support parents to better understand what your child is experiencing and how to respond in ways that feel supportive rather than reactive. This often helps reduce anxiety within the family and strengthens communication, trust and connection.
My aim
My aim is to help young people feel more in control of their inner world, and to help parents feel less alone and more equipped to support your child, with care, skill and steadiness throughout.

My professional experience supports my work with adults who feel worn down by the intense pressure of modern life, the pace of everyday demands, social expectations, and the emotional weight of experiences that have never had space to be processed. Many adults carry old wounds quietly, pushing on while managing work, relationships, parenting, and the ongoing effort of holding everything together. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, low mood, emotional numbness, burnout, a sense of being disconnected.
My aim
In our work together, I offer a thoughtful, integrative approach that helps you slow things down, understand the patterns shaping your emotional world, and gently explore experiences that may still be influencing the present. Therapy with me offers insight, and practical ways to feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and able to respond to life with greater clarity and self-compassion.
