I’m Zenobia, most people call me Zena, a qualified, registered therapist.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years as a solicitor in family, employment, human rights, and property law.
I understand the pressures of juggling a demanding career, family life, finances, and the desire to be the “best” parent, partner, or friend.
I also understand the challenges young people face, and the worry and helplessness parents feel when their child is struggling.
These experiences deepen my understanding of the complex emotions within family life and are what led me to train as a therapist.
I bring together personal insight and professional skill to offer meaningful, compassionate support. Here, you are the priority, and you choose what we explore because It's Your Agenda.

Starting therapy, or even thinking about it, can feel daunting. Talking about painful or personal experiences takes courage.
That’s why I offer a free 30 minute introductory chat with no pressure to continue.
You share only when you feel ready. From the beginning, my focus is on trust, care, and respect. Our work moves at your pace, and we follow Your Agenda, so the process feels manageable, supportive, and empowering.

As a British Indian female therapist, and a parent to young adults, I bring warmth, cultural understanding, and real-world experience to my work.
I’ve supported people through moments of deep crisis and despair; when life feels unbearable, when guilt or shame take over, or when old wounds from childhood still quietly shape the present.
My experience across MIND, Juno, Embrace, Rennie Grove Peace Hospice, and Cassiobury Court Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centre means I know how to stay steady in the storm and help you find calm when everything feels chaotic, and see a way forward, when hope feels out of reach.
As both a therapist and a parent, I understand the messiness of real life. The fear, love, frustration, and heartbreak it can bring and I offer a space where all of that is welcome.
I have worked in a wide range of complex and challenging settings:
Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (NICE- and NHS-approved) Ongoing training in therapeutic work with adults experiencing persistent low mood and emotional numbness.
